Professional System



The Integrated ATIS/D-ATIS System by SISDATA automates the delivery of meteorological and operational aerodrome information to arriving and departing aircraft via high-quality voice reports and digital messages over the Ground-Air network.
■ Supporting ATIS, D-ATIS, VOLMET, and D-VOLMET services, the system ensures uninterrupted operation with “hot backup” servers, effectively reducing controller workload and enhancing safety.
■ The system can be upgradeable to fully integrated airport system
■ Two kinds of D-ATIS System can be configured combined or separately for Arrival and Departure service in same application. (arrival, departure or arrival and departure)

Logger
■ Records, username events, all received /incoming meteorological details and D-ATIS/D-VOLMET Message with error status, data and UTC time meaning History.
■ Voice recording of ATIS/VOLMET messages in wav, mp3 or any format. Play and listen the recorded voice messages.
■ Records and Reports, all Downlink/Uplink events with aircrafts
■ Logs all the alarms and status of the systems.
■ Search, Review and/or print previously stored data by date and time.
Interconnecting
■ The system is interfaced with DSP (Sita, Arinc) and VDL to provide data link communication with aircraft (D-ATIS/DVOLMET).

■ Interfaced with AWOS, AFTN, AMHS, DCL/EFS, ATC System, Bird or A-SMGCS (Ground) Radar, GPS Clock (NTP)
User HMI
■ The System will be user friendly and will be operated via a windows style point-and-click menu-driven user interface
■ Display current D-ATIS/D-VOLMET Message
■ Display Sunset/Sunrise time and automatic switch between day mode (light colors) and night mode (dark colors)
■ User-friendly graphical interface for the supervision, administration and operation of the system
■ Display current operational and updated meteorological information and alarms.
■ Display the type of the operational mode into the status bar (Automatic or manual)

■ Management of the 3 runways (Right-Left-Center) or more
■ Play back, verify and edit data prior to broadcasting

Alarm and Error Management
■ In any faulty, automatic switch over from main to standby
■ Display Warning related with all the meteorological data errors into the alarm window with voice.
■ Display Warning related with all the Approach and operations errors into the alarm window with voice.
■ If the meteorological information is not updated from meteorological data source, appear warning into the alarm window for update delay with voice warning
■ In case of alarm or error, a beep or speech sound is played from all terminals logged into the system and D-ATIS/D-VOLMET system’s windows displays an error.
■ Three type classification of alarms; Fatal, Critical and Warning. Fatal errors is displayed with acoustic alarm
Control Monitoring System (CMS)
■ Integral monitoring and control function, which shall display the connection situation and status of the system
■ Display D-ATIS/D-VOLMET System if it is under operational or not
■ Capable to be reconfigured by the CMS user
■ Changeover from main to standby
■ Available to control D-ATIS/DVOLMET Systems and related peripheral interfaces
■ Display faulty components and full redundant network status of the system

Settings
■ The system will be customized for specific needs, and it will be capable to be reconfigured by the user if the need arises.
■ Changeable speech rate and type of voice (male, female)
Changeable day or night or automatic day/night mode
■ Enable, disable and configuration of external interfaces (AWOS, AFTN, DCL, Bird Radar, Wind Shear System, A-SMGCS, etc.
■ New user creation and encryption, voice recording and listening recorded audio features are available
